





Inclusion Statement
Pole Art and Aerial Arts aim is to be fully inclusive and create a safe space for the team, competitors, judges, stall holders and anyone else involved. We understand that representation matters.
We invite everyone to be a part of our competition whether as a spectator, competitor, stall holder, judge or team member to feel included, represented where possibly and welcomed. We invite BIPOC, people with disabilities, neurodivergent, all ages where possible, plus size, all genders, any religion, sex workers, LGBTQIA+ and all other marginalised groups to be a part of our competition.
We have a zero tolerance policy towards any negative or discriminatory behaviour. Anyone who has applied or is a part of our competition who is found to have participated in any such behaviour will result in disqualification if a part of the competition and a full ban for future entries, or if not a contestant but a part of the competition to not be allowed entrance into the venue and a permeant ban for this and all future events run by Pole & Aerial Art. Zero tolerance behaviour includes but is not limited to racism, queerphobia, whorephobia, bullying and so-called microaggressions.
We have chosen to run Pole Art & Aerial Art have chosen a fully accessible venue suitable for people with disabilities, the building is suitable and catered for people with visual impairments.
This is our second year running Pole Art & Aerial Art under the new management of Annie Norris we welcome any new ideas to make sure our competition becomes` as inclusive as possible still with the competitive nature of a competition.
